Male chest reduction – Remodeling of the male chest, removing the excessive development of the mammary gland. Swellings on the male chest are not always determined by fat but by anomalous accentuation of mammary gland. The fat of the male breast is reduced by performing a liposuction. The excess skin is removed by making a small hidden incision along the lower edge of the aureola of the breast. This surgery can be done under local anaesthetic and sedation with one overnight in hospital.
